This Vollrath® vacuum pack machine features password controlled access, 20 programs with Liquid Control, Soft‐Air, Vacuum Plus, Tenderize and label printing functions, and has HACCP compliant logging. The Liquid Control feature detects the boiling point and then stops the vacuum and advances to the next step to reduce cycle time, producing a better quality product and save the pump from taking on liquids.
